Packer/Driver Needed ASAP

Join one of Sonoma’s leading regenerative CSAs as an integral member of the Tara Firma team. Our packing associates and delivery drivers are vital to the operational functioning of our business and we, quite literally, cannot function without them. 

Gain operational experience and insight into the inner workings of a world-renown farm and CSA, working on-sight to ensure our members get their orders filled properly and in a timely manner which will allow us to continue to serve our community, currently over 900 members, for years to come. 

Our packing position isn’t like other packing roles. We operate on a small-scale and thus tasks can sometimes dip into other areas allowing for a wider opportunity for growth and creating connections with other Tera team members.

If you’re looking for an entry point into the world of regenerative agriculture, then you’ve come to the right place. 

Duties include, but are not limited to, packing frozen meat orders for individual customers, organizing our walk-in freezer both on and off-site, tracking weights per order, manning our on-sight shop, contacting customers regarding individual orders and more. Our delivery drivers distribute our products over night to ensure the product arrives frozen.
