EDUCATION FOR KIDS

Outside in Nature

Outdoor Education

Specializing in free-range kids, Peter Bergin teaches kids mindfulness and respect for the world they live in. The OSIN DNC Programs are designed to reconnect you and your child with Nature. It offers the opportunity to forge lasting personal relationships with all aspects of the Natural World in a healthy, fun, and regenerative way. You will deepen these relationships through core routines of awareness, tracking and bird language, along with hands on skills and crafts. They will have fun getting wet, dirty, muddy, cold, and tired as well as enjoy the warm breezes and comfortable coastal climate. All activities will be playful and safe while challenging adults and children and stretching your ‘comfort zone’.

Pasture Raised - Soy Free GMO Free Meat Chickens

Green Star Farm is an 85 acre pasture based livestock farm in West Sonoma County. They practice intensive rotational grazing methods so the forage component of their diet is frequently changed, which provides diversity thus improving quality. They practice a system at their farm which employs the animals to aid in the healthy improvement of our soil ecosystem. Their products to compare to wild raised food as closely as economically possible. Impacts are moved around and spread out as fertilizers to actively feed the soil.
Where they do feed a commercial pellet or crumble, we have chosen to supplement with a certified organic soy-free feed.
